Go to Garro’s house (uppermost house) and talk to the statue. Then talk to Garro and select the top option.
Save before opening the door if you aren’t familiar with the Dodo statue game. You only get 2 tries at it.
Get the Feather from winning the Dodo statue game (jump over his beak when his helmet slides over his eyes).
If you aren’t that familiar with the layout of Nimbus Castle, use this map.
Get the Flower in the chest in the corner of the long room with five doors.
Get the Castle Key from the red shirt guy in the save room cellar (end of the path marked “H” on the above map) (top option).
Proceed to Birdetta’s room (the big egg room behind the Heavy Troopa, you will need to press A to unlock it), mash through Shy Away dialog, turn back around and go back to the cellar to save.
